The Member Secure Portal is easy to use and free.  On the Secure Portal, you can:

• View information about your PCP
• View the status of your claims
• Request to change your PCP
• Fill out the Health Risk Screening Form:  Only members over the age of 18 can submit this form via Member Secure Portal.  For members under the age of 18, please call 1-866-912-6285.
• Send us messages via Secure Contact Us
