Upon receiving a letter from the Mississippi Division of Medicaid, you will need to take a few simple steps to choose Magnolia Health as your child's health insurance for CHIP.

- If your child is not a current member, but would like to ask about your child's eligibility, please contact Gainwell, the service provider that works with Medicaid to manage enrollment, at 1-800-884-3222.

Your child deserves nothing less than top-quality healthcare. Members of CHIP receive great CHIP benefits and additional services through Magnolia Health.
Magnolia does not decide if your child qualifies for the CHIP program. The Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) makes that decision, based on factors such as whether the child:
· Is a Mississippi resident
· Child is younger than 19 years old
· Is a citizen of the United States or an eligible alien
· Has a family income of up to 209% of the federal poverty level
