Magnolia Health covers certain prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs when prescribed by a Magnolia Health provider. The pharmacy program does not cover all drugs. Some require prior authorization. Some drugs have limitations on age, dosage or maximum quantities.

Preferred Drug List (PDL)

Magnolia uses a list of preferred and non-preferred medications called the Preferred Drug List (PDL). Non-preferred drugs on this list require prior authorization.
