Health Insurance Portal Mobile App

Magnolia Health members now have more ways to stay connected. The new app is available to download so that you can access account information and manage your plan, anytime, anywhere.

Mobile App Features:

  • Access ID Card: Members can view and share their digital member ID card or save it to their mobile wallet.
  • Find Care: Members can find providers, and urgent care services, view or change their assigned PCP.
  • View Benefits: Members can see their benefits and value-added services.
  • Complete Health Screening: Members can complete their health needs screening so that we can better serve them.
  • Notice of Pregnancy: Members can let us know they are pregnant and complete the NOP, so we can connect them to programs and services for a healthy pregnancy.

This app is available on both iOS and Android devices, in the App Store or Google Play. Offering our members convenient access to what they need at their fingertips.

How to Sign Up:

 

  1. Search for “Health Insurance Portal” in the App Store or Google Play.
  2. From the “state” drop down menu, select “Mississippi”.
  3. Use your member portal login or you can create an account to get started.
